With over 20 years in property development, Simon has worked to deliver well-designed and expertly executed projects that can positively impact the lives of property buyers and communities, while creating lasting wealth for project investors and co-developers.

Simon holds a Master of Property Development, a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property (Honours), and multiple real estate and property services certifications. His expertise spans the full property development lifecycle, but understands the earliest stages of a project are the most crucial to its success.
